Is FaithIt really free?
Yes. Every module is included for every church at no cost — no card, no trial period, no per-member fees. FaithIt exists to serve churches, and keeping the platform free is part of that mission.
What does my church need to get started?
A pastor or staff member creates the church workspace in the web console, invites the team, and turns on the modules you want. Most churches are up and running the same day — and a demo walks you through all of it.
Do our members have to pay for the app?
No. Members download the free FaithIt app for iOS or Android, join your church with a code or invite, and see your church's announcements, events, Bible reading, prayer, and more.
How does FaithIt handle prayer requests and kids' info?
Sensitive submissions like prayer requests and testimonies go through your team's review before the church sees them. Staff roles control who can see what, and kids check-in uses one-time pickup codes. The security overview covers the details.
How do the AI assistants work?
They help your staff write; they never post on their own. Four assistants are included: Bible search and study help with references; content drafts for devotionals, announcements, and discussion questions; starter notes for follow-up and pastoral care; and event planning and communication drafts. Everything they produce is a draft a real person on your team reads, edits, and approves before anyone else sees it — and your church can switch off any assistant, or all AI at once with one master toggle.
Can we turn on just a few things first?
Yes. Every module can be enabled or disabled per church. Many churches start with announcements, events, and service planning, then add outreach and growth features when they're ready.
